Hitler was a conniving and manipulative man.  Hitler believed the Germans were the highest race, and everyone else was below them.  Hitler thought he needed to kill everyone that was not of the German decent.  After World War 1, Germany was desperate for help, and Hitler knew this.  He stepped in and promised the Germans he would save them all.  Hitler convinced the Germans to help him in killing everyone that he believed was inferior to them.  With the poor condition Germany was in, they could not refuse the promises Hitler assured them.
